All packages are subject to variation according to your requirements. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Where Societies bring 16 or more paying players (non Shooters Hill members) the Organiser will play free.
Bookings
Bookings can only be taken for Tuesday and Thursdays and societies wishing only to play golf will not be accepted.
So that no misunderstandings can arise all bookings must initially be confirmed in writing to the Society Secretary when a deposit of £100 (Summer Society deposit) must be paid and the approximate numbers given three days before the visit. Charges will be based on this figure with no refunds given.
The booking is reserved for 3 weeks from the date of confirmation, if after that time we have not received your deposit the booking will be offered to another society.
A receipt will be issued which should be presented to the Club Professional on the day of your visit and the balance due paid before commencing play. Failure to produce the receipt may necessitate the payment in full of all green fees due.
Sixteen is the minimum of players acceptable for catering and tee reservations. Should less than sixteen arrive on the day you will be charged for sixteen.
Winter Societies: A deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking. Twelve is the minimum number of players acceptable.
Club Hours
The Club House is open from 7am and closes at 11.30pm Times may vary during the winter months.
Etiquette
All visitors are expected strictly to observe the Etiquette of Golf and at all times play without undue delay. It is particularly stressed that no ball may be driven from the 1st tee when players are on the 15th green. Secretaries must ensure that all those taking part have a reasonable experience of the game.
