Dear Member

We refer to our recent letter reminding you that your new subscription is due on 1st April 2010.  Unfortunately an incorrect date was quoted in this letter.  Please note that your subscription must be paid by 1st May and not 1st June.

'Members who subscription remains unpaid at the 1st May in each financial year shall cease to exercise any privileges of membership and their names may. at the discretion of the Directors, be erased from the books of the Club'.

As members have had the opportunity of paying their subscription during the year, in advance, monthly, by standing order, this rule will be strictly enforced.

Please accept our apologies for this error.

Rainfall statistics at Shooters hill reach record levels for the past 5 years and beats Met office average for winter months (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb).

Met average; 192mm. 05/06; 122.5mm. 06/07; 296.5mm. 07/08; 191mm.           08/09; 275mm. 09/10; 317mm.

VERTI-DRAINING GREENS COMPLETED19th February 2010

Due to previous bad weather we are able to verti-drain greens on the 23rd to 25th February. This has been completed and i am very pleased with the timing of this work due to the bad weather we are receiving at the moment and over the weekend I'm sure this will improve the drainage thus improve the greens for next week.
